Interact with a pack of stones "Drul's Lunch" in Black Crag at 700 20.3k inside the cave "The Despair Pits", at its north end.

Original instructions: Order & Destruction
- Kill "Skittering Spiders" inside the cave "The Despair Pits" in Black Crag at 700 30.1k, until one drops "Poison Gland". They are at the south end of the cave.
- Once you have collected the "Poison Gland", interact with a pack of stones "Drul's Lunch" at the north end of the same cave (The Despair Pits) at 700 20.3k, to poison it.
Tips
In the same cave "The Despair Pits", you will find "Stonegullet Trolls" for the unlock Prescribed Flesh.
Outside northeast of the cave, you will find "Rockmaw" for the unlock Rock in the Maw of Darkness.
