I Spy With My Eye is a Tome of Knowledge Bestiary entry for Lord of Change.
Instructions: Order & Destruction
Interact with the "Eye of Change" in Chaos Wastes at 64.1k 28.7k, in the mountains.
To reach it, I advice you to start climbing at 60.5k 36k, to go the highest you can, then go down a little to the mountainous just south. At this moment you'll be able to go at the top of the mountain. You will eventually have to reach the "Eye of Change" at the coordinates given, walking northeast then down the mountain.
Note: It will also trigger the Achievements unlock "Sign of Change".
