With 20 teeth go West Praag (51/59) talk to Griffon First Knight.

Get a Razor Sharp Fang from the Ruin (middle) wing of Bastion Stair.
Deliver to Kraglorn the Maker @ 46.5, 44 in West Praag. (Note: when I talked to him I had a stack of 20 Razor Sharp Fangs in my backpack. He does take the Fangs.)
Does not respond with a single fang. It appears the NPC only takes stacks of 20.
