First, you have to accept the quest "Time to Waaagh!" in Kadrin Valley at Greenskins Chapter 21 from Vugdush Mansnik.
Step by Step Guide
Step 1
Travel to The Inevitable City and speak with Gazbag. He is in the Citadel at 27.7k/16.8k.
Step 2
Return in Kadrin Valley and kill 5 Giant Squigs to get their corpses in the warcamp around 35k/53k.
Once done, turn in your quest to Gazbag Da Great at 42.6k/36k.
Step 3
Accept 3 quests:
- Time to Waaagh! Brung's Boar Boyz from Lazing Boss Brung (33.7k/39.3k)
- Time to Waaagh! Shmeek's Elf Attack from Lazing Boss Shmeek (30.2k/25k)
- Time to Waaagh! Phuntz's Gits from Low Boss Phuntz (Greenskin Chapter 22)
Once these 3 quests are completed, speak with Gazbag da Great at 42.6k/36k.
Step 3.1.1
From Lazing Boss Brung, head northwest and kill 5 Kadrin Stonesmiths, then return to Lazing Boss Brung.
Step 3.1.2
Use the quest item 'Giant Squig Corpse' from your quest inventory around 36.8k/38k.
Return to Lazing Boss Brung.
Step 3.1.3
Speak to Lazing Boss Brung.
Then return to Gazbag da Great at 42.6k/36k.
Step 3.2.1
From Lazing Boss Shmeek, speak to each of the 3 Wolfriders who roam nearby Shmeek.
Then head southwest to the Public Quest 'Clarion Tower' and kill 6 Clarion Blades/Archers.
Return to Shmeek at 30.2k/25k.
Step 3.3.1
From Low Boss Phuntz, run northwest to speak with 5 Waaagh! Lobber Gits.

Step 4

- At the Public Quest 'Beer Barrel Bash' around 41.3k/5k
Then return to Gazbag in The Inevitable City.
Step 5
Speak to Grumlok, next to Gazbag in The Inevitable City.
Step 6
Travel back into Kadrin Valley and kill Slayer Grayoath at 50.8k/30k.
Return in The Inevitable City to bring his head to Grumlok.
Step 7
In Kadrin Valley, use the quest item 'War Bellow' at the bridge around 45.7k/30.4k, then turn in the quest.
Step 8
Kill Wazgit who can be found at 42.2k/31.5k.
Once done, you can turn in the quest to Gazbag in The Inevitable City to finish this Epic Quest, and claim your reward.
