Click on a "Pile of Bones" at 64800,30000 in [[Dragonwake]]. A Crazed Bull (level 34 Doombull, but very small) will appear along with the text:
# Interact with 'Pile of Bones' in [[Dragonwake]] at 65k 30k, just next to the river, to make spawn 'Crazed Bull', a level 34 Doombull.
# Kill him for the unlock and the associated title.


Killing the Crazed Bull will trigger the unlock.

Grab the Bull By the Horn is a Tome of Knowledge Bestiary entry for Doombull.

Instructions: Order & Destruction

  1. Interact with 'Pile of Bones' in Dragonwake at 65k 30k, just next to the river, to make spawn 'Crazed Bull', a level 34 Doombull.
  2. Kill him for the unlock and the associated title.
