This is a Bestiary Tome Unlock for Chaos Hound.

Kill Twisted Hounds on Order side of the map, around 46k, 11k. They will drop Chaos Hound Fangs.
Then talk to Disciple's Assistant in the Lyceum at Inevitable City 18k/36k.
