- Click on 'Mound of Dirt' in Caledor at 32.2k 22.2k to receive 'Scepter of Maggots'.
- Click on the 'Scepter of Maggots' in your inventory.
- Click on 'Mound of Dirt' again. The 'Scepter of Maggots' will disappear and you will receive the unlock.
