Flames of Change (Destruction) or Offerings to Dahz (Order) is a quest from the Cultist of Flames (Destruction) and Priest of Dazh (Order) during the Feast of Shoika Live Event.
The quest Particulars section will say something akin to this:
"Travel to the lands of or adjacent to Kislev, such as <THIS IS THE MAP TO GO TO>, and seek out the Kislevite Bulls, whose flesh will make the perfect offering for Dazh. Return to <quest giver> when done."
- The map will vary depending on your character's level.
- Once in the correct zone, check your map for the quest marker.
- You MUST kill the bulls within the specific quest marker, or they won't count.
