Festitt is a rank 40 Rat Ogre Hero. He hits pretty hard, but the fight is simple, as it is nothing more than a tank and spank.
The Lair is to be found at (35k, 35k) Caledor.
He drops blue chest peices.
Directions
Order
From the High Elf Warcamp Conqueror's Descent head down the path to the RVR zone and at (31k, 35k), stop. You can see the cave from the path. Hop the rocks and you are there.
Destruction
From the Shrine of the Conqueror head up the path towards the High Elf Warcamp and at (31k, 35k), stop. You can see the cave from the path. Hop the rocks and you are there.
Festitt hides out in the small cave within the cave.
