Empire T1 Epic Quest The Emperor's Mandate

First, you have to take the quest "The Emperor's Mandate" in Nordland at Chapter 2. Speak to Old Duffer.

STEP 1

Travel North to speak with Lieutenant Wilhem, at 14.5k/17k.

STEP 2

Speak with Patrolman Brandr at 16.2k/16.2k.

Then return to Lieutenant Wilhem and speak with him again.

STEP 3

Return to Chapter 2, and speak 4 times with Grey Lady Patron, and after to Innkeeper Svelta to complete.

STEP

Kill Corrupter Bathshida at 19.5k/15k.

Then return to Lieutenant Wilhem.

STEP 5

Find Sergeant Altmann, in Nordland at Chapter 3.

STEP 6

Kill 3 Empire Turncoat, the unlock for the Turncoat's Journal is bind when you kill Empire Turncoat, at 41.2k/22k.

Return to Sergeant Altmann when complete.

STEP 7

Kill 3 Vile Cultist and Krev the Plunderer at 39.2k/27.7k.

Return to Sergeant Altmann when complete.

STEP 8

Travel to Norsca to Chapter 4 and speak with Aldric Ohrsten.

Travel North to reach the Pit of the Forsaken Public Quest.

You have to kill 10 Plague Forsaken and click 10 times on the Cesspool at 53.5k/23.7k.

You have to investigate the Cesspool and find the Sunken Buildings at PQ Pit of the Forsaken.

STEP 11 *Not working yet*

You have to neutralize the fourth Cesspool at Pit of the Forsaken.

STEP 12 *Not working yet*

Now you have to kill the Ritualist Navr.
