Walk in front of a door in Barak Varr Khaz Kol Bar tunnels at 46.7k 19.2k.

Tip: To reach it, enter Longbeard's Strand at 47k 33.5k, at the edge of RvR lake. Follow the way to the bridge, continue until you have to turn right or left. At this moment turn left and you'll see the door.
