First, you have to take the quest "Honorable Deceit" in Avelorn at Dark Elf Chapter 10 from Lordling Calhir.
STEP 1
Kill in the Wavesinger Public Quest:
- 16 Lothern Crest Blades
- Nelosyth Brightblade
- Cromair Raethin
Return to Lordling Calhir.
STEP 2
Speak with Riisath Darkherald at the Dark Elf Chapter 11.
STEP 3
Find and loot Lady Arkaneth's Letter on a table in a larger tent at 21.7k/41.4k.
Return to Riisath Darkherald.
STEP 4
Pour Riisath Darkherald's Vial by using it in your quest inventory while standing inside the water of The Pool of Elthrai.
Return to Riisath Darkherald at Chapter 11.
STEP 5
Travel southeast to the RvR Warcamp and speak with Shelathi Rorthandor.
STEP 6
Click on the chest called 'Case for Kohrith's Head' inside the ruins of the Shrine of Solace (5.8k/63.1k), to place Kohrith's Head.
Return to Shelathi Rorthandor.
STEP 7
Drink Karond Wine with Shelathi Rorthandor. Then speak with her again.
STEP 8
Go northwest to Dark Elf Chapter 12 and speak to Devak Bloodbane.
STEP 9
Kill at the north of the Chapter 12:
- 12 Veteran Seablades
- 12 Shining Truespears
- 8 Shining Swiftarrows
Return to Devak Bloodbane.
STEP 10
Travel to Saphery to kill:
- 8 Whitemoon Scholars
- 8 Whitemoon Masters
- 8 Whitemoon Apprentices
- 8 Impetuous Apprentices
Turn in your quest to Mathlas Nightwyrm at the Knife's Edge encampment, Dark Elf Chapter 13.
STEP 11
Read 'Lord Uthorin's Sealed Missive' inside the Dark Elf Chapter 13.
STEP 12
Travel in Saphery to find and kill:
- Krothen Hireth (at the Arkaneth camp at 29k/16k)
- Mirithas Iirenor (at the back of the PQ 'Recompense')
- Ferelin Dreadspear (inside or near the tent at 32.5k/51k)
Once done, read Lord Uthorin's Sealed Missive in your quest inventory to turn in your quest.
STEP 13
Find and loot the Core Menhir at 24.4k/45.6k. When you click on the Core Menhir, Sorceror Belfarus will spawn and attack you.
Then read again Lord Uthorin's Sealed Missive to turn in your quest.
STEP 14
Return to Shelathi Rorthrendor in Avelorn Warcamp.
STEP 15
Drink once again the Karond Wine with Shelathi Rorthrendor, then speak with her to turn in this last step and claim your rewards.
