Click on a "Pile of Rubble" at 40k, 15k in the Chaos Wastes for this unlock. This is at the northwest edge of the complex of ruined walls in the area; a vent of shifting, waving aurora is nearby. There is an "Unbound Mastodon" (a Juggernaut of Khorne) just on the other side of a ruined wall from the "Pile of Rubble."
