Interact with one of the 'Pile of Bones' (6.5k 23.5k / 11k 23.5k / 6.5k 29.7k / 11k 29.7k) in Land of the Dead, inside underneath tunnels. When you interact with one, a tomb swarm will spawn, kill it to have the unlock.
