1. Kill Reik Wolves around 5.5k 51.7k in Reikland and collect 5 'Fine Wolf Pelt'.
2. Talk to Multan The Huntsman at Krueznach in Reikland at 8.8k 34.7k. ~50 kills

Note: Only a Reik Wolf or Lynsk Wolf will drop it, Reik Howlers will not.

1. Kill Lynsk Wolves, in Praag (5k 12.2k south of Chaos Chapter 17) and West Praag (in a large zone around 33k 21.5k).
2. Talk to a NPC (???, maybe in Chaos Chapter 17).
