The Lair of Stinkfang the Vomitous, a rank 40 River Troll hero is located at 54k, 42k Ellyrion. He has one guard with him, a rank 39 Putrid Lizard.
Directions
The lair is located in the Shady Tower zone at the tight bend in the river directly east of the High Elf chapter 9 camp Reaverspring and directly north of the small island in the river. The entrance is a partially submerged cave below a pile of rocks.

Killed Stinkfang drops 39 level rare (blue) weapons.
