This is a Bestiary unlock for the Savage Orc.
Order & Destruction
First, use a Thornberry Bush on a small island with an Elf Waystone in The Badlands at 14.5, 20K to obtain a The Thornberry Bush is wedged between two boulders.
Second, fight Tribal Blue Face Orcs around 6k, 18k with the Strange Mushroom in your inventory to obtain the unlock.
