API:WindowGetResizing

Returns whether a window is currently being resized with the mouse.

resizing = WindowGetResizing(windowName)

Arguments

windowName

string – Name of the window.

Returns

resizing

boolean – true while a resize started with WindowSetResizing is active.

Details

• WindowSetResizing with true and a valid point name starts the resize. With false, or with a point name the client does not know, this function returns false.
• The stock UI never calls WindowGetResizing.

Errors

• Error in function call 'WindowGetResizing': Window %s does not exist

Example

A minimal example built from the signature above:

if WindowGetResizing( "MyWindow" ) then
    WindowSetResizing( "MyWindow", false, "", false )
end
