Sets the name of the Lua table a ListBox takes its data from.

ListBoxSetDataTable(listBoxName, dataTableName)

Arguments

listBoxName

string – Name of the ListBox.

dataTableName

string – Name of the data table, given as a string, not the table itself.

Returns

Nothing.

Details

• Only the name is stored. The rows are not refreshed; call ListBoxSetDisplayOrder afterwards to show the new data.
• The stock UI never calls this function. Stock ListBoxes name their data table in their XML definition.

Errors

• Error in function call 'ListBoxSetDataTable': Window %s does not exist
• Error in function call 'ListBoxSetDataTable': Window %s is not a ListBox
