Returns the current value of the "load Lua debug library" setting.

enabled = GetLoadLuaDebugLibrary()

Arguments

None.

Returns

enabled

boolean – The value last stored by SetLoadLuaDebugLibrary.

Details

• The value is a single flag held by the client. SetLoadLuaDebugLibrary writes it and this function reads it back.
• The stock UI checks it when ea_uidebugtools/source/debug.lua loads. If it is true, assert is wrapped to print a stack trace; otherwise assert is replaced with an empty function.

Errors

None.
