Returns the data of an ability by id.

abilityData = GetDatabaseAbilityData(abilityId)

Arguments

abilityId

number – Id of the ability.

Returns

abilityData

table – An ability data table. Nothing is returned if there is no player object or the ability is not found.

Details

• abilityId is converted to a 16-bit integer.
• Unlike GetAbilityData, the result has no isActive field, and nothing is returned for an unknown id.
• The stock UI never calls this function.

Errors

None besides the generic Invalid Parameters message when the argument is missing or not a number.

A minimal example built from the signature:
