Spicy Troll Mushroom

The Spicy Troll Mushroom is an easy-to-earn Pocket item that will grant HP Regen for your character.

The Spicy Troll Mushroom is a special pocket item that grants +80 Health Regeneration every 4 seconds.

This Pocket item can be earned as part of the short quest line Gud Eatz! within Karak Eight Peaks, the Greenskin Capital City.

All characters Rank 16 and above can equip this pocket item.

How to earn the Spicy Troll Mushroom

First, fly to Karak Eight Peaks and make your way to the Southwest section of the city, called the Stunty Diggin' Pit.

From here, take the portal to the Middle Deeps, head down the stairs and move South towards 28,000 / 48,000.

Here, look for Mixa Zegrub. Speak to him to begin the quest.

Right click the dishes and barrels to sample "unique" cuisine!

To truly appreciate his tasty food, Mixa Zegrub wants you to first eat questionable dishes all around the Middle Deeps.

PS: You can also do this part as a group, and you'll all get credit as long as you're near each other.

There are three locations to visit, and each will have a dish of food and a keg barrel to interact with in order to sample these "delicacies".

First area: Head South/Southwest through the tunnels after accepting the quest and arrive at the Squig Nursery. Try the food and drink here. (Squig Shanks and Slimer's Glob: Karak Eight Peaks Da Deeps 15k/47k5 at Vargit Slimefoot).
Next, make your way North to find the second set of dishes awaiting you in the Northwest corner of the Middle Deeps (Ratman Slop and Broken Nose Juicez: Karak Eight Peaks Da Deeps 17k5/30k).
Finally, head East from this location to find the final set of dishes in the Northeast corner of the Middle Deeps (Caveshroom Stew and Frenzy Brew: Karak Eight Peaks Da Deeps 37k/33k).

With all these dishes sampled, return to Mixa Zegrub for the final part of the quest.

Now try the food and drink Mixa Zegrub has located next to him.

Finally, speak to him once more to earn your Spicy Troll Mushroom!
