Sechar, the Darkpromise Chieftain

Said to be the castellan of the Marcher Fortress, Sechar swore his life to the Dark Prince decades ago, so long ago that no one living remembers who, or what, Sechar was before he become one of Slaanesh's Chosen. He leads his tribe of those Tong sworn to the Dark Prince, the Darkpromise tribe.
Bearing the gifts of the Dark Prince, Sechar is a warrior capable of bringing the mightiest to their knees.
