Click on "The Last Upholder's Pack" to start the quest "One Man's Struggle". Click on the pack again to complete the quest and get the unlock.

Equip "The Last Upholder's Watch" pocket item, rewarded when completing the quest "One Man's Struggle" for the above unlock.
