Order
Kill the 27 champion cold one named Coldlash in Saphery, located at 51k, 10k. He is centered in a pack of loose cold ones just off the road.
Destruction
Talk to Maedlaine Bloodwine in Kyaran's Advance (Dark Elf Ch14) in Saphery. She is located between the mailbox and Trelan Blightblade.
