Getting it Off Your Chest is a Tome of Knowledge Bestiary entry for Nurgling.

Instructions: Order & Destruction

Interact with a dwarf corpse 'Festering Corpse' in Barak Varr at 54.2k 49.6k at the base of a steep slope. Few 'Festering Nurglings' will pop out when you examine the corpse.
