Interact with 'Dwarf Post' in Barak Varr Khaz Kol Bar tunnels at 47.5k 15.3k, in front of a dwarf door.

Tip: To reach it, from Destruction PQ 'Fall of Firebrew' (55.4k 19.5k) head east than north at 51k 18.2k. You will naturally have to turn left where an enormous pillar is, continue a little and the door will be on your right .
