Insane in the Membrane is a Tome of Knowledge Bestiary entry for Firewyrm of Tzeentch.

Instructions: Order & Destruction

  1. Kill 'Corrupt Spawn', a level 39 Champion Firewyrm of Tzeentch, in the Chaos Waste at 22.7k 52.4ks, to trigger the unlock. You can easily reach him from RvR lake.
  2. He drops a Pocket Item 'Scintillating Scale'. Equip it to trigger the associated title.
