Bestiary unlock for Great Unclean One
Order & Destruction
Click on "Heinrich's Stew Pot" around 26000,41000 in High Pass. It's right next to Old Heinrich, an npc that spawns rarely but stays around for at least an hour after he does.
For Order you must also engage a Great Unclean One to receive the title. The one that spawns for the PQ in altdorf worked for me.
