Demoted is a Tome of Knowledge Bestiary entry for Ghoul.
Instructions: Order & Destruction
Kill "Pisacha the Rank" in Death Peak at 11k 36.3k. He is a bit hidden in some bushes north of the road.
Once the unlock triggered, you can claim the jewel buying it from the correct merchant in Library (Order) / Lyceum (Destruction).
