The Lair of Stinkfang the Vomitous, a rank 40 River Troll Hero, is located in Ellyrion at 54k 42.7k. He has one guard with him, a rank 39 'Putrid Lizard'.
Approaching the lair will trigger an Achievements unlock. (Not implemented yet)
Directions
The lair is located in the Shady Tower zone at the tight bend in the river directly east of the High Elf chapter 9 camp Reaverspring and directly north of the small island in the river. The entrance is a partially submerged cave below a pile of rocks.
