Indigestion is a Tome of Knowledge Bestiary entry for Troll, Stone.

Instructions on Return of Reckoning: Order & Destruction

Interact with a pack of stones "Drul's Lunch" in Black Crag at 700 20.3k inside the cave "The Despair Pits", at its north end.

Kill "Skittering Spiders" inside the cave "The Despair Pits" in Black Crag at 700 30.1k, until one drops "Poison Gland". They are at the south end of the cave.
Once you have collected the "Poison Gland", interact with a pack of stones "Drul's Lunch" at the north end of the same cave (The Despair Pits) at 700 20.3k, to poison it.

In the same cave "The Despair Pits", you will find "Stonegullet Trolls" for the unlock Prescribed Flesh.

Outside northeast of the cave, you will find "Rockmaw" for the unlock Rock in the Maw of Darkness.

Interacting with it gives you a text saying you could poison. Go to the S end of the cave & kill Skittering Spiders to get a Poison Gland. Then interact with Drul's Lunch to get the unlock. Drul's Lunch is a pile of 4 rocks on the ground located at 7500,20290.
