Empirical Proof is a Tome of Knowledge Bestiary entry for Chaos Spawn.
Instructions: Order & Destruction
Interact with the book 'Third Journal of Lliean' at 13.4k 2.6k in Praag, at Destruction PQ 'Gates of Praag'. It is hidden behind some buildings: coming from northeast entrance, enter and take directly to your left behind a building, continue a little and you'll find the book.
Once the unlock triggered, you can claim the jewel buying it from the correct merchant in Library (Order) / Lyceum (Destruction).
