Festitt is a rank 40 Rat Ogre Hero. His lair is in Caledor RvR lake at 34k 36k.

Note: For now, Festitt is in Chaos Wastes, and it's in real Tezakk Gnawbone who is in the lair of Festitt.

Approaching the lair will trigger an Achievements unlock. (Not implemented yet)
