- Kill "Bonegash Gorgers" in Troll Country inside "Iceflow Maw" at 7.8k 7.8k for the unlock.
- Kill them until one drops a Pocket Item "Gorger Bone Decoration". Equip it for the associated title.
Note: The drop rate is a bit low (10%).
