This is the Lair of Ulnac the Shambler, a Rank 31 Bone Giant located in the RVR lake of Black Fire Pass at 4.2k 25.2k.

Approaching the lair will trigger an Achievements unlock. (Not implemented yet)

Start your climb at 8.7k 25k, then there will be a train track wreckage, travel up the hill and at the back you will see the cavern of the Shambler.
