Picky Eater is a Tome of Knowledge Bestiary entry for Hound.
Instructions on Return of Reckoning: Order & Destruction
Kill 'Warpwind Night Runners' around Skaven Tunnels (8.5k 64k and 2k 60k) in Praag, until one drops a Pocket Item 'Fresh Meat'. Equip it will trigger the unlock.
Note: Warpwind Night Runners are mainly just outside the Skaven Tunnels.

- Talk to the Griffon War Striker behind the Rally Master tent in Praag Chapter 17, located at 13k 55k to receive an Empty Feed Bag.
- Kill 'Warpwind Night Runners' around Skaven Tunnels (8.5k 64k and 2k 60k) in Praag, until one drops a 'Fresh Meat'. With the Fresh Meat, the Empty Feed Bag will become 'Full Feed Bag'.
- Return to the Griffon War Striker with the Full Feed Bag.

- Return to the Raven War Sapper or the Hungry Hound with the Full Feed Bag.
