Step 1: Talk to either the [[Raven War Sapper]] or the [[Hungry Hound]] near the Rally Master [[Lord Xyshrenth]] at Southern Breach (Chaos Chapter 19) to receive an [[Empty Feed Bag]]. You will see the text:

It's a much pickier eater than the chaos hounds though and I need to man my post. Can you take this bag and get him some food. I'm sure we can convert it if we keep it happy and fed!''

Kill 'Warpwind Night Runner' around Skaven Tunnels (8.5k 64k and 2k 60k) in Praag, until one drops a Pocket Item 'Fresh Meat'. Equip it will trigger the unlock.
