Kislev Bull is a Live Event mob that spawns during the Feast of Shoika Live Event.
Known locations:
- Praag map at 46, 43. Level ~30.
- Troll Country at 34, 53 and at 42, 43. Level ~15.
- High Pass at 41, 52. Level ~25.
The bulls required for Offerings to Dahz (Order) and Flames of Change (Destruction) quests are in specific locations. Other bulls won't count.
