Kisleve Bull is a Live Event mob that spawns during the Feast of Shoika Live Event.
Known locations:
- Praag map at 46, 43. Level ~30.
- Troll Country at 34, 53. Level ~15.
- High Pass at 41, 52. Level ~25.
In order to count towards the Offerings to Dahz (Order) and Flames of Change (Destruction) quests, the Bulls must be at a level that would give you XP.
