This is a Bestiary Unlock for the Plaguebearer.
Destruction & Order
Kill Grotesque Plaguebearers in the Chaos Wastes around 48000,53000 until one drops a Pestilent Organ. Click the Pestilent Organ for the unlock.
- Order: Killing these mobs also counts towards the Kill Quest: Daemon Bounty.
This may take some time before one drops the item.
