Looking for Trouble is a Tome of Knowledge Bestiary entry for Dwarven, Slayer.
Instructions: Order & Destruction
Kill/talk to 'Argnus Rockskull' (level 38 Champion Slayer) in Kadrin Valley at 58k 49.5k.
Once the unlock triggered, you can claim the jewel buying it from the correct merchant in Library (Order) / Lyceum (Destruction).
