Kill "Master Moulder Vitchek", a level 38 Hero Skaven, in Kadrin Valley at 62k 37k, inside "Tunnel of Baradum". He is at the upper end of the tunnel, after the bridge.

Kill "Master Moulder Vitchek", a level 19 Hero Skaven, in Altdorf inside a house at 29.9k 39.7k.
Or
Kill "Master Moulder Vitchek", a level 19 Hero Skaven, inside The Sewers of Altdorf (entrance at 31k 36k).

Tip
In Kadrin Valley, inside the same tunnel, you will find "Burrow Champion" for To the Death unlock.
