Instructions: Order & Destruction
Kill 'Snowperch Matriarch', a level 37 Hero Warhawk, in Praag at 60k 49k, above the mountains.
Tip: To reach him, first head to 58.5k 62k at the Major Landmark 'Ragehorn Herdstone', then follow the edge of the mountains heading northeast.
