Treaty for Treasure is a Tome of Knowledge Bestiary entry for Bandit.
Instructions: Order & Destruction

Kill the two bandits named "Amalyn Weber" and "Faye Val" and their "Canine" in Chrace at coordinates 48k 8.6k. They are on a narrow ramp leading down to the ocean underneath the land bridge connecting the Plain of Bone with the mainland.
Note: As Destruction char, you will have to swim following cliffs to reach this location. Be prudent as you there are 55 Champions at the start of the bridge (47.4k 10.3k).
