Creates a new, empty text log.

== Arguments ==
;logName : <code>string</code> – Name of the new text log.
;entryLimit : <code>number</code> – Maximum number of entries the log keeps.

== Returns ==
Nothing.

== Details ==
* If a text log with this name already exists, nothing happens. Its entry limit is not changed; use [[API:TextLogSetEntryLimit|TextLogSetEntryLimit]] for that.
* <code>entryLimit</code> is cut to a whole number and clamped to the range 0–8192.
* When the log is full, adding an entry first removes the oldest ones. With a limit of 0 the log never stores any entry.
* A new log starts enabled (see [[API:TextLogSetEnabled|TextLogSetEnabled]]) and with incremental saving off.
* Logs created with this function are marked as addon-created. Only such logs can be removed with [[API:TextLogDestroy|TextLogDestroy]]; the client's own logs (<code>"Chat"</code>, <code>"Combat"</code>, <code>"System"</code> and so on) cannot.
* No error is raised in any case.

None. Only the usual ''Invalid Parameters'' error for wrong argument types.
