Creates a named page for the Logitech keyboard LCD.

;pageName : <code>string</code> – Name of the new page. Other LCD functions refer to the page by this name.

Nothing.

== Details ==
* An LCD page is a screen of content for the keyboard's LCD display. Add elements to it with [[API:LCDCreateStaticText|LCDCreateStaticText]], [[API:LCDCreateBitmap|LCDCreateBitmap]] and [[API:LCDCreateProgressBar|LCDCreateProgressBar]], and display it with [[API:LCDShowPage|LCDShowPage]].
* If a page with this name already exists, the client logs <code>LCD Keyboard: A page with name '%s' already exists.</code> and the error below, and no page is created.
* The error below is also logged if the page cannot be set up.
* The only stock user is the <code>EA_LCDKeyboard</code> addon (<code>ea_lcdkeyboard/source/g15test.lua</code>), which describes itself as "some test G15 Functionality".
