UI Lua API import (WAR 1.4.8)

New page

{{LuaApi|group=DynamicImage}}
Sets the scale at which a DynamicImage draws its texture.

DynamicImageSetTextureScale(imageName, scale)

== Arguments ==
;imageName :
string
– Name of a DynamicImage window.
;scale :
number
– Texture scale. Larger values show a smaller part of the texture over the same window, so the texture appears larger.

== Returns ==
Nothing.

== Details ==
* When no texture dimensions are set (see [[API:DynamicImageSetTextureDimensions|DynamicImageSetTextureDimensions]]), the area taken from the texture is the window's size divided by
scale
.
* Do not pass 0: the client divides by the scale.
* The function needs at least two arguments and only reads the last two.

== Errors ==
*
Error in function call 'DynamicImageSetTextureScale': Window %s does not exist

*
Error in function call 'DynamicImageSetTextureScale': Window %s is not a DynamicImage

== Example ==
From
ea_overheadmapwindow/source/overheadmapwindow.lua
:

DynamicImageSetTextureScale(iconFrame, filterData.scale)
DynamicImageSetTextureSlice(iconFrame, filterData.slice)
