Rotates the picture shown by a CircleImage.

== Arguments ==
;imageName : <code>string</code> – Name of a CircleImage window.
;angle : <code>number</code> – Rotation angle in degrees.

== Returns ==
Nothing.

== Details ==
* The angle is converted to radians and stored, and the image is rebuilt with its current texture and texture position.
* The function needs at least two arguments and only reads the last two.
* The stock UI never calls <code>CircleImageSetRotation</code>.

== Errors ==
* <code>Error in function call 'CircleImageSetRotation': Window %s does not exist</code>
* <code>Error in function call 'CircleImageSetRotation': Window %s is not a CircleImage</code>
