14.3k, 19.8k - In The Badlands - Quest start location

Click on "Thornberry Bush" on a small island to start the quest "Fungal Warfare".

Head to 5.9k, 17k and use "Strange Mushroom" in your quest inventory on "Gruk'trok", then kill him.

Talk to "Damnir Lostore" in "Copperstone's River Crossing" Dwarf Chapter 11 camp to complete the quest for the unlock.
